MERRR I love this character so much. I co Own Talini with the awesome Shangry-Ia 
also yay for finally doing pixel art. Hopefully one day I'll be able to do little pagedolls and animations and all that stuff. After I drew this I was stuck for what to put as the title, so I figured, why not just use one of Glacoen's ice type moves? After all she was inspired by Glaceon x3
